Each city gets one horizontal bar from midnight to midnight, in its own local time. Green means working hours, amber means awake, and dark means asleep. Stack a few cities and the fair meeting slot appears where the green blocks line up. No math, no mistakes.

DETAILS THAT MATTER
Daylight saving time is calculated from the IANA time zone database, so the bars are correct even on transition days. Working hours default to 9–18 and awake hours to 7–23 in each city's local time. Everything runs on your device.
